Over 12 months at OCBC Bank's AI Lab, I built and shipped a multilingual NLP translation service for Buddy, the bank's internal enterprise chatbot used by thousands of employees across the organisation. That year taught me what production AI actually looks like: real constraints, real users and no room for notebooks-only thinking.
National Service
Currently serving as an NS Probationary Inspector with the Singapore Police Force. The SPF teaches things no coursework can: how to lead under pressure, make decisions without complete information and hold composure when plans fall apart. Those habits carry into everything I build.
